Kobe Teriyaki, a new Japanese 'fast food' restaurant with quick counter service and a cheap menu (everything under $10), is now open in Gert Town (7912 Earhart Blvd). This is owner Jetty Hui's first restaurant, and specialties include "Japanese-style po-boys (teriyaki chicken or beef with wasabi mayonnaise).... vegetable tempura, salads, teriyaki chicken wings and a few sushi rolls."
