The "Unknown Food Critic" gushes over the BOOMING Bywater's Maurepas Foods on WWL TV this morning. Chef Michael Doyle's interesting approach to seemingly simple, yet dazzling dishes is fully applauded by the critic, including the purple broccoli and goat tacos. Also of outstanding note: the drinks and desserts and even the cool aesthetic that pours from the building. "On the food front, it's one of the best places in that area," says the Un McKnownty critic, and gives the restaurant four stars.
