Steven Latter, owner and operator of New Orleans 2nd oldest restaurant Tujague's, passed away in his sleep yesterday, February 18, at the age of 64. A native New Orleanian, Latter was known for being a bit of a curmudgeon and a wise guy. He purchased the Tujague's from the Guichet family in 1982. [NOLA.com]
