Aaron Franklin, an employee of Joe's Southern Eatery in Westwego was almost shot by a coworker after stealing 30 pounds of seafood from the restaurant on Valentine's day. Ihab Shelbi (pictured) of Terrytown was booked Friday with aggravated assault and more charges after pointing a gun at Franklin's head, telling him "I'll kill you" and firing a warning shot in the air of the eatery's parking lot.
