Todd A. Price reports that Tujague's newish a la carte menu is a "resounding improvement" to the iconic restaurant's food offerings: "Tujague's two best dishes remain the brick red remoulade over shrimp and the boiled beef with a horseradish sauce spicy enough to make a grown man cry (I left with tears in my eyes). Now, at both lunch and dinner, they can be ordered on their own." [NOLA.com]
