WWLTV's The unknown food critic heads over to Ste. Marie in the CBD this week, for "a great turn around story" and a FOUR STAR review. Looks like Un McKnownty has now been forced to don... oh heavens, is that, could it be... a beret to hide his renowned critic-fro (or else someone has shorn said fro into some Bywatery Kid N Play deal) but that's okay, let's all just go with the Napolean Bonappetite spiel and embrace what's really important here, that critics agree Ste. Marie is a major player in the Bistro game now. Basically, chef Kristen Essig has been winning 2013 since taking over, bringing her "fresh approach to Louisiana flavors" to a restaurant that was in need of some serious approach-to-Bistro upgrades.
