Curbed NOLA reports that a group called St. Roch Community Partners, Inc. has submitted a proposal to operate the historic St. Roch Market as "an affordable public market for the people of New Orleans" with St. James Cheese Co. and Cleaver & Co. already on board, and this: "They're already in talks with a restaurateur for a full-service restaurant in the rear of the market with indoor/outdoor seating."
