The final season of Treme will air this December on HBO, and along with murder, more murder, a Snitch car, Davis' music lectures, the annoying fiddle gal doing annoying fiddle gal things, and that Sunny guy trying to urinate on a fence, Eater National has the press release (SPOILER ALERT) on what to expect with the chef plot line: "The premiere episode titled 'Yes, We Can' is set immediately after the election of Barack Obama, and sees chef Janette Desautel (played by Kim Dickens) opening her own Bywater restaurant." Note the collective eye-roll emanating from the 70117 at this very moment.
David Chang and Emeril Lagasse will also appear on the show again this season as "culinary guest actors." Treme's final five episodes begin airing on HBO December 1; but first, the trailer:
