It's back to the drawing board for Sean Meenan and Habana Outpost after yesterday's VCC architectural committee meeting: "Staff of the committee recommends approval of the Cuban restaurant, but new issues continue to arise, elongating the process." Issues include everything from plans for a gate to "inadequate renderings, and the billboard" as well. Habana Outpost will go before the VCC again on January 14. [NoDef]
