Here, he talks inspiration for this year's menu: "One of our courses includes za'atar biscuits. Za'atar is a combination of sumac, sesame seeds, thyme and oregano... I actually brought some za'atar back from one of the spice markets in Israel. We're going to use our wood-burning oven to make baba ghanoush, and we're going to serve it with these za'atar biscuits."
