- The brothers Gulotta, seen here, have been hard at work and attempting to complete renovations by mid December.
- Garage doors will open up onto the back area, which will include a deck and 6x5' pit for roasting whole hogs, goats, and lamb (all sourced locally, of course).
- The restaurant will feature salvaged wood from an old cotton mill in Central Louisiana, including the bar which will serve boozy bubble tea.
- Gulotta and team have added more windows to the building to brighten up the space
