According to the Mid-City Messenger, police are still searching for the suspects of an armed robbery that occurred outside D'Mac's Bar and Grill earlier this month. Two men approached a couple just as they were leaving the bar at 11:00 pm on Nov. 2, stealing the woman's purse at gunpoint and demanding money from the man. This is the second armed robbery at D'Mac's in two monthsback on Oct. 6, a man demanded money from a D'Mac's bartender at gunpoint, then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. [Mid-City Messenger]
