Oak Street Po Boy Fest is on The Way, And More

NOLA— The Advocate reports that a lawsuit against Galatoire's prez Melvin Rodrigue has been dismissed. Galatoire's Bistro to be exact, which reopened earlier this year in a new spot.[Advocate]

OAK STREET— Mark your calendars, Scott Gold reports that The Oak Street Po Boy Festival is set for Saturday, November 24: "A notable addition this year will be a 'food truck village' on Leonidas St." Also, "The recently shuttered Crazy Johnnie's Steak House will be offering something of a last hurrah at the festival with a pulled pork po-boy, 'tamale cone' and other dishes."
