TREME— Laura McKnight reports that live music club, the Ooh Poo Pah Doo Bar, is now open at 1931 Orleans Ave. The bar is named after the hit song (which is probably running through your head right now) by owner Judy Broadus' father, the late and great R&B legend Jessie Hill.
