Check out this super upgrade to the corner of Tulane and Carrollton. Eater tipsters have been writing in left and right about Namese Vietnamese Cafe, heading to Mid City at 4077 Tulane Avenue. @NameseNOLA has just started posting some food porn in the past month, and their Facebook page declares they restaurant will be cash only. That being said, they're obviously looking to fill the area's banh mi and pho void. Here's a look at the full menu, available for previewing on their website. Expect a grand opening around November 25.
