Before we get too caught up in the Louisiana Seafood Festival and the burgeoning Oktoberfest celebrations, Todd A. Price would like to remind us that the 19th annual Japan Fest will be bringing Japanese food and music to the NOMA's Sculpture Garden from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday, Oct. 12.
