Todd A. Price reports that The Grill Room, the Windsor Court's exceedingly fancy dining room, has hired Daniel Causgrove as its chef de cuisine. Causgrove, the former executive chef at Dijon and former sous chef at La Petite Grocery, replaces Kristin Butterworth, who left The Grill Room back in March. [NOLA.com]
