Marta Jewson reports that the new Mid City Baskin Robbins is having a (potentially very wet) grand opening tomorrow at noon, ribbon cutting at 1 p.m. The ice cream chain is basically located in front of Rouses (406 N. Carrollton) within evil eye distance of the new Pinkberry at Mid City Market.
