The Advocate reports that creditors are trying to force bankruptcy/liquidation fun time on now-shuttered-Brennan's owners, Brennan's Inc. (ie. Pip's posse) this week. Apparently Sysco, Dorignac's, and Leidenheimer are looking to collect on about $60,000 in claims. All this, and Pip Brennan is still trying to get "a federal court judge to overturn the foreclosure sale that led to his restaurant's eviction" while the new owner Ralph Brennan and team plan for a new restaurant in the Big Pink.
