Laura McKnight reports thattomorrow, October 25, Avenue Pub is having a Saint Crispin's Day party upstairs at 5 p.m. The bar will tap Crispin's Georgia Peach, and anyone dressed Elizabethan-style will get $2 off pints. At 7 p.m., drunkypants Shakespearean monologists will gather on the balcony for a Henry V/Crispin Day speech contest, with $100 bar tab (and more prizes) up for grads. [NOLA.com]

METAIRIE? Mr. Ed's Oyster Bar & Fish Houseis now open inside former Metairie icon Bozo's, but Ian McNulty writes it's more of a "passing the reigns" than a full-on switcheroo.
