The French Quarter location of Felipe's now has a late night menu on Fridays and Saturdays at midnight, Wednesdays at 11 p.m. The menu's #1 stunner, a bacon-wrapped quarter-pound hot dog topped with all things burrito-filling, sounds like a major booze absorber, but there's tacos and chips on the cheap too.
