In honor of New Orleans' impending Oktoberfest celebrations, Gambit profiled Wolfram "Wolf" Koehler, who, in addition to owning the Crescent City Brewhouse and being a certified German Brewmaster, most likely has the best nickname of anyone in his peer group. "Wolf" says he didn't quite know what he was in for when he opened up the Brewhouse in 1991: ""I had no idea it was going to be this kind of monster. I thought it would be more like, I brew during the day, I sell beer at night, and in between I grill sausages." [Gambit]
