Buttermilk Drop owner turned award-winning Beasts of the Southern Wild actor, Dwight Henry, is teaming up with the team behind mega-chain Nobu to bring a New Orleans style bakery to Harlem. Mr. Henry tells the Times-Pic, "I want to be on the west coast, the east coast, up north and in the midwest... there are 60 Nobus all over the country, and they want to do the same thing with me."
