The brand spanking new building that will eventually house Old Rail Brewing Company in Mandeville, is practically growing cobwebs as the company awaits its federal and state licenses to make and sell booze. Vanessa Gomes, Old Rail's marketing manager, tells the Times-Pic that the permit applications were put in forever ago, but so many brew pubs have started up in the past year, that the application system is now clogged.
