Super Bowl fever? Ain't nobody got time for that. Ian McNulty reports that Mariza will be opening in just two days. Yes, on Thursday, January 24, Laurie Casebonne and Chef Ian Schnoebelen, the lovey dovey duo behind Iris, will open up shop in the Rice Mill Lofts in the Bywater. The much-anticipated more-casual-than-Iris eatery features a menu of Italian inspired cuisine, and rocks a serious raw bar for ersters and fresh fish carpaccio. The restaurant will be open Tuesdays-Saturdays. No word on hours as of yet.
