New Orleans burger king Adam Biderman divulged some details of one of his new projects to Eater this weekend. Apparently he will open some form of pop-up at an upcoming bar/restaurant in the Quarter by the end of January. Sorry addicts, the pop-up will not involve burgers, but will most likely show the refined side of Biderman's craft, with plans to go from pop-up to permanent establishment in the near future.
