Little Gem Saloon is now open in the long vacant historic building on the 400 block of Rampart, which could very well possible have been THE birthplace of jazz. Chef Robert Bruce is now serving classic Creole dishes and Maylie's (his family's former restaurant) favorites for lunch and dinner.
