Gambit's Ian McNulty had a little tête-à-tête with local fine-dining titan John Besh about New Olreans' Super Bowl preparedness, which, according to Besh, is as good as it gets thanks to all the other big events (ahem, Mardi Gras) that the city puts on: "I've been to Super Bowls in other cities, and logistically they just can't get it together like we can here. Because of Mardi Gras and big bowl games and everything else we close streets for, people know how to get around ... People have been planning this for months." [Gambit]
