The Ritz-Carlton has named Thierry Connault their new executive chef, reports Susan Langenhennig. Connault, a native of Normandy, France and well-traveled resort/hotel chef, replaces Vincent "Vinny" Russo, who left the hotel a few months ago. He'll oversee the food at M bistro, The Davenport Lounge and other hotel facilities. [NOLA.com]
