Chef Andrea Apuzzo, owner of 28-year-old Italian favorite, Andrea's, has opened Andy's Bistro, a casual steaks and seafood restaurant in the former Sid-Mar's space in Metairie (3222 N. Turnbull). The restaurant has a $30,000 wood-burning oven, and is now open for dinner only. [NOLA.com]
