Kermit Permit Wire

Kermit's Treme Speakeasy was packed today around lunchtime, and not for the food. Ruffins announced that he was having a meeting to "discuss a plan of atcion to stop the city from taking live entertainment away from small clubs," welcoming all lawyers and supporters of live local music. This comes after a string of local bars and clubs have been forced to stop playing live music due to zoning and permit issues. [Facebook]
