Emeril's Delmonico has a new chef de cuisine, Anthony Scanio. A New Orleans native, Scanio studied at Delgado's culinary program and joined Emeril's Delmonico in 2005 as a line cook. He was promoted to executive sous chef in 2009. He previously worked at Herbsaint, studying under chefs Donald Link and Stephen Stryjewski, and also spent a year in Italy studying the cuisine.
No word at this time on what has become of Chef Spencer Minch. An employee of Emeril's Delmonico said she believed the split was amicable and that Minch simply "went on to pursue other things."
