UPTOWN? The Gambit takes a look at old favorite New York Pizza: "You'd swear you were stepping into a pizza parlor in an Italian neighborhood in mid-1980s New York. Brown vinyl tablecloths, the requisite video game machine in the corner and big cans of tomato paste acting as sturdy table centerpieces all give the restaurant a pleasantly old-fashioned feel." [Gambit]

MID CITY? Red Street Car line on breakfast at Gracious Bakery and Cafe: The pastry menu is pretty varied and covers both sweet and savory. My favorite pastry... is the Black Forest Ham, Ricotta + Gruyere Brioche. The first time I had one of these reminded me instantly of my lunches on the run in Paris, the ever-present croque monsieur." [RedStreetCarLine]

MID CITY? Newly opened Serendipity added several pictures of their swanky new digs to Facebook. Check out the gorgeous bar or as they call it, "The perfect place to enjoy a drink after work". [Facebook]
