Kevin Fruits and Matt Cummings, the owners of newly opened Prime Grille have more plans for the Bywater restaurant. Says McNulty, they are renovating their courtyard bar and " plan to run it as a martini and wine bar... they also plan to serve raw oysters from a walk-up window fronting the sidewalk." The duo is also busy planning another restaurant, Comforts, in the Quarter. [Gambit]
