Alexis and Jordan Ruiz have moved their Gentilly restaurant the Munch Factory to a new location. Now located on Elysian Fields near the University of New Orleans campus?previously a Nacho Mama's Mexican Grill? they have a much larger space and are hoping to attract more business.
