Bywater's Prime Grille Open for Lunch, Dinner Starts Soon

Prime Grille, 3162 Dauphine, had a very soft opening last Friday in the Bywater. Co-Owner Kevin Fruits, said via Facebook, "we will tweek again and add more lunch items" this week. Next week Prime will open for dinner service with the promise of bison ribeye, among other steak and seafood fare.

Prime is the newest venture from Matt Cummings and Kevin Fruits, who own the Decadence Shoppe in the Quarter. The opening of Prime has been sort of hush-hush, but tipsters tell Eater the menu is now posted on their building.
