The people get what the people want?Bar Chef Lu Brow's "Flight of the Sazerac" at Café Adelaide & the Swizzle Stick Bar has been extended for a while longer, giving cocktail enthusiasts a chance to try a regular old sazerac, an aged sazerac, and an aged original sazerac. Co-proprietor and cocktail aficionado Lally Brennan says that the sazerac sampling offers "a wonderful opportunity to sample three versions of the classic cocktail without overindulging."
