Chefs Competing to Be Called Seafood Royalty

It's all going down this Saturday in the Convention Center's Hall J: chefs from all 50 states are competing for the right to call themselves the seafood royalty in the Great American Seafood Cookoff. Governors picked their states' representatives, with Louisiana represented by Keith Frentz of Lola in Covington. (Frentz won the Louisiana Seafood Cook-Off at NOWFE, giving him the chance to compete in the national event.)

It's Saturday at 12:15. Tickets are $5 in advance at Whole Foods, $10 at the door.
