Michael Gottlieb IN at the Rib Room

Michael Gottlieb is the new chef at the Rib Room, it was announced by press release this afternoon. With family roots in Savannah, Gottlieb has been in New Orleans since 2009, previously working at Ralph Brennan's Red Fish Grill. The Rib Room has been without an executive chef since René Bajeux left this spring.
