Circle Bar Bestowed a Live Music Permit

After City Hall put live music at The Circle Bar in a very brief holding pattern, the bar is all permitted-up and ready to fill patrons' ear canals with some tunes. Gambit talked to co-owner Dave Clements just as he emerged from City Hall, live music permit in hand, extolling the "cooperative, nice and professional" bureaucrats who expedited the permitting process. Bob Andrews and Washboard Chaz will usher in the second age of Circle Bar music tonight at 8:30.
