RioMar is Adolfo Garcia's Spanish/Latin restaurant in the Warehouse District. Or, it was: Brett Anderson reports that the empire builder has sold his shares in the restaurant to partner Nick Bazan. Although "RioMar's Spanish-Latin food is so closely connected to Garcia’s own life story," he left his flagship to concentrate on his various other holdings around town.
And in other RioMar news, Anderson also notes that Miles Prescott is the chef de cuisine there now. Prescott held this same position there years ago, before spending time in Mobile.
