Paul Artigues Now Doing it All at Green Goddess

Chef Chris DeBarr is officially out at Green Goddess, but don't expect too many changes the French Quarter restaurant. With DeBarr leaving to open Serendipity in Mid City, Paul Artigues has taken over dinner, reports the Times-Pic's Todd Price. Artigues, co-owner with DeBarr, was previously responsible mostly for lunch service, with DeBarr running dinner. Now, Artigues is going it all.

For the dinner menu, this means so slight changes, with removing some items and making the dinner menu "an extension of his popular lunch." But the biggest change is that Green Goddess no longer closes between lunch and dinner. Per Price, it's now open straight through, seating the last diners at 9 p.m.
