Brett Anderson is back this week, filing a review of the uptown bistro Johnny V's. Calling it a Dream Team restaurant because of the owner, Johnny Vidanovich (who owns Monkey Hill next door), the maitre d', Nash Laurent, and the chef, Ryan Hughes, Anderson writes that "the chef's cooking is the best reason to make your way to Johnny V’s."
