Rick Tramonto and John Folse, of the brand-spanking-new Restaurant R'evolution, are taking their show on the road. Only two weeks into their tenure inside the Royal Sonesta, it's been announced that the pair are serving dinner at the James Beard House in New York City in August. [JBF]
