There's a big shakeup coming down the pipeline at Dijon: this Sunday will be chef Chris Cody's last day at the restaurant. Todd Price at Times-Pic reports that Cody and owner Kurt Brodtmann are parting ways, though both insist it has nothing to do with that one bean review they got from Brett Anderson a little over a week ago.
No word on who will take Cody's place, though Price reports that Brodtmann is currently interviewing candidates and that Cody "is exploring various options for a new project." Before helping open Dijon, Cody was executive chef at Pellicano Ristorante in Kenner and the Roosevelt Hotel Bar, near (but unrelated to the) Roosevelt Hotel in the CBD.
