John T. Edge Will Sign a Copy of His New Food Truck Book Special for You

Food writing luminary John T. Edge will be signing copies of his new book, The Food Truck Cookbook: 150 Recipes and Ramblings from America's Best Restaurants on Wheels next Tuesday, June 19th between 6 and 8 pm at the Garden District Book Shop. According to a press release shared by Robert Peyton in his food blog Haute Plates, Edge, a James Beard Award-winning food writer, has collated recipes from some of the country's most intrepid mobile kitchens in The Food Truck Cookbook. Per the release, the book peppers its recipes with interviews of "the proprietors, customers, and small business supporters who helped make the [food truck] trend happen." Hear that, New Orleans?
