Television personality Rachael Ray is apparently a big fan of New Orleans' annual summer bacchanalia Tales of the Cocktail. According to an email from one of Ray's PR people, she calls it "one of the BEST food festivals of summer" in the July issue of her magazine, EveryDay with Rachael Ray. [EaterWire]
