This was probably fun while it lasted, but thankfully the dude got caught: Shawn Michael Haygood, at one point responsible for purchasing perishable goods at Commander's Palace, pleaded guilty yesterday "to bilking the Garden District restaurant out of $268,744 for produce that he never bought."
