Ian McNulty gives a once-over to Restaurant R'evolution, which opens on Saturday. In addition to covering the basics, McNulty asks: "It’s been quite some time since a new restaurant with such an ornate setting and such a vast, intricate – and pricey – menu has come along in New Orleans. ...
