RandyFertelQL.jpgHere's the New York Times' Diner's Journal with a tip on navigating Jazz Fest food, by way of steakhouse scion Randy Fertel: "One of the challenges of the festival is to avoid the long lines by eating early or late. Another is to save time for the 'jazz fest float,' or wandering around with no particular destination." If only the "Jazz Fest Float" was also the name of a dessert only available at the Fest. [NYT]
